I offer tailor-made training courses for Life Sciences Professionals with a laboratory and scientific background who want to strengthen their customer contact. If required, these training sessions can be extended with personal 1-on-1 coaching.
My training sessions focus on:
- (Junior) Account managers
- Product Specialists/ Scientists
- Field Application Specialists/Lab Technicians
Every training is unique, as is every company, product and individual. Unlike many generic sales training courses, I combine my knowledge of the Life Science sector with an approach that matches the needs of scientists. The dynamics within this sector require a specific approach: Working with highly skilled professionals who know what they want and understand what they are talking about.
During the training sessions, we learn:
- How to start a customer conversation and keep it open.
- How to present your innovation as the solution to the customer's (sometimes still unknown) question.
- How to harness your authentic power to build trust and connection.
In a safe and supportive environment, we set clear goals and work with practical role-plays. This way, you develop the skills and confidence to convincingly convey your story and present yourself professionally to the client. Together, we make every customer meeting a success!
