Welcome to EZ Sales Consultancy!
My name is Evelien Zeinstra, and I help professionals and teams in the Life Sciences and Biotech sector become more confident and authentic in their customer interactions.
Drawing on my background in the lab, in sales, and in theatre, I work with hands-on workshops and realistic conversation simulations. In addition, I am engaged as a training actor and sparring partner by trainers who want to deepen their programmes with lifelike role-plays.

EZ not only reflects my initials, but also my approach. Sales doesn’t have to be difficult or forced. In fact, you’re often already doing it naturally in everyday life. In a safe and interactive setting, you explore how to recognise, use and strengthen your own communication style. Through realistic scenarios, playful exercises and direct feedback, you learn how to create impact with confidence, in a way that feels authentic to you.

Commercial training and coaching from Lab to Customer

With my experience as an analyst and senior account manager in life sciences, I help professionals make the transition from lab to customer. My training courses and workshops offer practical tools and insights to authentically build strong, long-term customer relationships. Together, we work on taking your commercial skills to the next level.

Performance Training: Practical Sales and Communication Training

In Life Sciences, successful sales is not just about product knowledge, but above all about effective communication and building trust. Many professionals in this sector have a laboratory background and experience a barrier when it comes to commercial contact. Traditional sales training often does not fit well with the technical and substantive nature of this market.

Consultancy for startups and sales (support) departments.

On a selective basis, I help startups and new teams in life sciences, among others, with tailor-made advice on setting up and supporting sales and support departments. I also offer assistance in implementing a (new) CRM system.
